Technical Note : Adjusting the Carrera 20030354 Startlight
After production, the Startlight may show a slight gap in its unfixed state due to the injection molding process and material cooling. To properly secure the Startlight using the red clips, it may be necessary to apply strong pressure to ensure they snap into place.
If a red clip pops out or doesn’t engage correctly, adjust the clip’s tab using a screwdriver to bend it slightly in the opposite direction, ensuring a secure fit. Once the Startlight is installed for the first time, the material will settle into its final shape, making future installations easier and faster.
