1. Order 🛒
You place your order directly on the website after adding the desired products to your cart.
Before final validation, you must check the order summary: products, quantities, prices, delivery costs and the addresses provided.
The order is confirmed by email after validation of the secure payment.

2. Products and availability
Slot Car-Union takes the greatest care in presenting the products, descriptions, visuals and availability displayed on the website.
Photos are provided for illustrative purposes. The product description, reference and characteristics remain the information to be taken into account as a priority.
In the event of unavailability after order validation, Slot Car-Union will inform you by email and will offer, depending on the case, a wait, a replacement, a credit note with your agreement, or a refund.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros. They may be displayed including all taxes (incl. VAT) or excluding taxes (excl. VAT), depending on your geographical location and status.
For deliveries outside France or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and remain your responsibility.

4. Payment 💳

The order can only be prepared or shipped after effective validation of the payment.
5. Delivery 🚚
Products are shipped to the delivery address you provide when placing the order.

In the event of a foreseeable delivery delay, Slot Car-Union will inform you by email. In the event of a significant delay under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, you may request cancellation of the order and a refund.
You must check the parcels upon receipt. In the event of a damaged, opened or incomplete parcel, you must make reservations with the carrier and notify Slot Car-Union quickly, with photos if possible.
6. Right of withdrawal ↩️
In accordance with the regulations applicable to consumers, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, you must contact Slot Car-Union via the contact us section before returning the product.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error by Slot Car-Union or a product recognized as defective.
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 days.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the withdrawal request. Slot Car-Union may defer the refund until the products have been recovered or until you provide proof of return shipment.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed with you.
7. Return conditions
You are responsible for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and good condition.
A product that has been used, tested in operation, assembled, modified, soiled, damaged, incomplete or returned in a condition that does not allow it to be resold as new may be refused or subject to a reduction in value.
Examples:
- A car whose motor has been used cannot be returned for a simple withdrawal.
- An assembled, modified or damaged product cannot be accepted for return.
- A product returned with heavily damaged packaging may be subject to a reduction in value.
8. Warranty and after-sales service 🛠️
Products sold by Slot Car-Union benefit from the applicable legal warranties, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the French Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided for by the French Civil Code.
These warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

9. Archiving and invoices
Orders, invoices and commercial documents are archived by Slot Car-Union in accordance with legal obligations.
For any order with an amount greater than or equal to €120, you may request access to the documents relating to your order.
