I have Carrera Digital 132 Cars with metal gear on motor and plastic on rear axle. Do I have to use grease for metal or for plastic gears ?

You can use this grease in your configuration, however in this situation your plastic crown will wear out quickly. I advise you initially to change your plastic crown to replace it with a crown in Teflon (like the crowns Slot.it).
