These tires are assembled using our Air Ride Wheels and Foam Wheel Inserts and finished with Slot It G25 Rubber.
Each tire is precision assembled, foam inserts ground to size – then the rubber tires are glued to the wheels and machined using a “wet grinding” process.
The result is a very round and smooth finished tire that is ready to race right out of the package with no extra work needed.
Each pair of tires is sealed in an airtight bag and then packaged in a crush proof Clamshell Plastic container.
