Corgi Thunderbirds F.A.B. Collection - Thunderbird 1 and 3

Thunderbirds 1 and 3 have been absent from our collection for some time, and for the first time ever, Thunderbird 3 is presented in its correct shade of red-orange – a detail sure to please Gerry Anderson fans. Both models now feature refined fonts and decorations for greater screen accuracy. These iconic designs make perfect collector’s items for the 60th anniversary of Thunderbirds and come in premium packaging.

THUNDERBIRD 1

Thunderbird 1, the spearhead craft of International Rescue, is piloted by Scott Tracy, the eldest of the five Tracy brothers. At 115 feet long with an 80-foot wingspan, this rocket-powered craft is sleek, fast, and capable of speeds exceeding 15,000 miles per hour.

Although equipped with weapons and rescue gear, Thunderbird 1’s primary mission is to reach disaster zones as quickly as possible. Scott assesses the situation, advises on specialist equipment, and directs the operation, either from the craft or via the Mobile Control Console, a key part of his kit.

In addition to his Thunderbird 1 duties, Scott often co-pilots Thunderbird 3 with his brother Alan. Whenever their father Jeff is away, Scott’s seniority places him in command of International Rescue’s island headquarters.

THUNDERBIRD 3

Thunderbird 3 is International Rescue’s space rocket, piloted by astronaut Alan Tracy. The youngest of the Tracy brothers, Alan is a skilled pilot, champion race driver, and dedicated team member who shoulders his responsibilities with impressive maturity.

Standing 200 feet tall, TB3 is the tallest vehicle in the fleet. Launched from a concealed hangar beneath the Tracy Island Round House, it is used for all space rescue missions and serves as a vital link to Thunderbird 5. It requires two crew members, with Scott often joining Alan as co-pilot. Alan also alternates with his brother John in manning the Thunderbird 5 space station.
