Orders made up only of in stock products are generally prepared within 24 business hours after order validation or payment confirmation, depending on the chosen payment method.
📦 Recommended carrier: DPD
For B2B orders, delivery to your company address by DPD is the recommended option.
DPD is preferred for professional shipments requiring reliable tracking and delivery to a business address.
📍 Pickup points
When this option is available, you can also choose delivery to a pickup point, especially if you are not available at your workplace on the day of delivery.
Pickup point delivery is only offered for compatible small orders and may vary depending on the weight, volume, destination and value of the products ordered.
🌍 Delivery in France and internationally
Hobby Supply can ship within France, the European Union and to certain international destinations.
For deliveries outside France or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and remain your responsibility.
📦 Shipping costs
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport fees. They are calculated according to the weight, volume, destination and chosen delivery method.
To reduce transport costs, it is recommended to group purchases into a single order whenever possible.
⏳ Orders with pending products
If an order contains products marked as On pre-order or Out of stock, shipment may be delayed until the order is complete.
To quickly receive products marked as In stock, it is recommended to place two separate orders: one for available products and another for pre-orders or pending products.
A partial shipment may also be requested manually. Additional shipping costs may apply if the free shipping conditions are not met.
🔍 Parcel tracking and protection
Particular care is taken when packing fragile or sensitive products.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, a tracking link is sent as soon as the order is shipped.
Upon receipt, you must check the condition of the parcel. In the event of a damaged, opened or incomplete parcel, you must make reservations with the carrier and notify Hobby Supply quickly, with photos if possible.

Deliveries may be handled by DPD, Mondial Relay or Colissimo, depending on the destination, weight, volume and chosen delivery method.
📌 Uncollected parcel or incorrect address
In the event of a parcel not being collected within the timeframe set by the carrier, an incorrect address, or the parcel being returned to Hobby Supply, reshipping fees may be requested from you.
