General:

Track design:

• Supports all track pieces from all Carrera track systems, including lane changes, all kinds of borders and special objects.
• Automatic part placement.
• Supports up to 8 lanes (4 parallel tracks). Lanes can be arranged independently or automatically placed in parallel using the multi-lane assistant.
• Parts can be placed at any time and position in the layout and can also be removed or exchanged easily.
• Elements can be arranged on different levels. Levels can be changed at any time by moving elements forward or backward.
• Elevated parts such as loops are displayed with correct dimensions.
• Lanes can be highlighted using different color codes.
• Parts can be color-coded to distinguish them easily.

Statistics:

• Complete list of all available parts, including detailed information on parts in stock, parts already used in the current layout and remaining parts.
• Accurate, individual track length display that also takes different curve radii and lane changes into account.

Display:

• Free rotation, scrolling and zooming are available so the user can always choose the required level of detail for the current planning step.
• Automatic centering to always display the entire track layout.
• Includes a part designer to draw your own parts. A part border can be defined as an anchor position so it stays fixed relative to the track layout. By disabling the anchor position in the menu, the track layout can be moved and rotated independently.
• An optional grid overlay is available for better orientation.

Printing:

• Print option for the track layout with automatic adjustment to available paper formats (color printing is supported).
• Print option for the parts list.
• Screenshot function to save your track layout as a JPG file.
