In the opening round of the 2022 Asian Le Mans Series at Dubai, the McLaren 720S #42 driven by Moss / Osborne / Watson (entered by Inception + Optimum) finished 12th in the GT class after completing 117 laps, trailing the overall winner by 7 laps. The team used this race to debut its “papaya” livery in the Middle East, and this entry played its part in securing the series’ GT championship.

NSR's objective is to make a GT car using modern technology, so high tech "Ready To Race". It needed to be competitive straight out of the box.
